Here’s my story...
I never used to have a weight problem because I regularly swam, and cycled and was very active and fit.
I was an entirely happy work-
Slowly, and without noticing it, I began to put on weight, and due to my lack of regular exercise I put on 25 pounds over only 8 weeks!
And things didn't get any better...
When, after a few months, the workload eased off a bit, I actually did have the chance to start swimming again. I hoped it would help me lose a little weight. However, when I tried on my old swim suit and stood in front of the mirror, what I saw before me was truly horrific.

I looked horrible, repulsive even! My belly fat was hanging down and my thighs looked positively enormous. It wasn’t funny!
At that point I realized that I just had to do something about it; and preferably by a means that avoided exercise or wasted my time.
I Had Tried Hoodia & It had Failed...
At that time, Hoodia Gordinii was the “in thing”, the easiest of easy diets, and after speaking to some of my friends who had had some success with it, I decided to try it too. I had been convinced that this was the fastest way to lose eight. At first it appeared to be a really fast diet that worked well and I began to lose a few pounds each week; and though I wasn't getting too excited about it, at least it was a start.
And any 'start' was a very good start!
But, after a few weeks, things began to go downhill. One of my major issues was that
I was spending so much money on the Hoodia pills. I was going back to their web site
every two minutes to purchase yet more bottles!
I seemed to need about 2500mg per day before Hoodia to have any real effect on me. In fact, I was paying out hundreds of dollars, and that was becoming a problem, especially with 2 kids.

After only 14 days on the Adkins Diet I Was well on my way to lose ten pounds quickly, but I began to feel tired, unhealthy and extremely unwell, I guess because of the high levels of protein that I was consuming. (I guess it happens with lots of weight loss dieting programs).
Even with no medical expertise at all, I recognized that my digestive system was having problems. The diet was also giving me terrible migraines.
